CCC and Lower Columbia Hispanic Council Offer Free Tango Workshop

Clatsop Community College Arts & Ideas and the Lower Columbia Hispanic Council (LCHC) are proud to sponsor the First Annual ARTE LATINO EXPERIENCE which will be a Tango Workshop on Saturday, March 18.

The workshop is free to Clatsop County residents. Sessions will run from 10 a.m. to noon and 1:30 to 4 p.m., in the Patriot Hall Gymnasium at Clatsop Community College in Astoria.

Polly McBride, Director of Paradise Ballroom in Portland, will be the workshop instructor. The event is limited to the first 50 people who reserve workshop space by e-mailing Patricia Morrissey at pmorrissey@clatsopcc.edu

CCC’s Arts & Ideas and LCHC would like to extend special thanks to the Clatsop County Cultural Coalition, who awarded grant money to help fund this event.
It is the goal of the LCHC to promote diversity within Clatsop County and to serve its growing Hispanic community. Arts & Ideas is proud to partner with the LCHC in promoting cultural diversity.
