Located at the South County Center in Seaside, we provide services for both existing business owners and those thinking about starting their own small business. Our center is affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Our experienced counselors will help you discover new business opportunities, develop a business marketing strategy, select an appropriate site for your new business and identify other resources in Clatsop County to assist you. We'll guide you in buying or selling a business, preparing a business plan, choosing a records system, preparing payroll reports, financing your business, complying with government relations and other needs.
