Annual Progress Report

The following documents, graphs, and tables together represent our assessment of the college’s progress toward its 2004-05 Strategic Goals. (.pdf, 136K) True to a “continuous improvement” model for planning and progress, we have not achieved all of the goals we set for ourselves, but we have made real and significant progress! To highlight just a few areas in which we have met our goals or made progress–

We met our area high school enrollment penetration goal of 25% (.pdf, 100K)
We met our fund reserves goal of 15% of our operations budget (.pdf, 88K)
We met (or, virtually met) our Student-to-Faculty ratio goal of 15-to-1 (.pdf, 96K)
We received NWCCU acceptance of our Educational Outcomes and Assessment Progress Report (.pdf, 300K)
We increased over-all FTE student enrollment by almost 12% (.pdf, 112K)

In the broader landscape of our planning and progress work to date, 2004-05 should be recognized as a very successful year for Clatsop Community College. Recent input from our accrediting agency, NWCCU, from our financial auditors, and from our own State agencies attest to this success. Congratulations to all of us!

In the next few months we will be using this progress report, together with the current 2005-06 Strategic Plan, to develop the 2006-07 iteration of this continuous planning document.
