| Here's a checklist of steps for you to begin attending

Complete Application for Admission You will fill out an application for admission that asks for basic information about you, where you attended school before, what type of degree you plan to earn and other details that will help us place you in the right programs. The first day of class of any given term is the last day to begin the admissions process. Download the admissions application 2. COMPASS Evaluation The COMPASS Evaluation is designed to identify your basic skill levels in reading, math and language usage, along with your academic needs and plans. The session usually lasts about two hours. If you have taken college courses that include writing and math, you may not have to take the COMPASS. Ask about an exemption in the Student Services Center. 3. New Student Orientation New Student Orientation is available online. The orientation session also covers how to register for classes, understand the items in your advisee file and meet requirements for a degree. Registration The Student Services Center is where you'll sign up for classes. Returning degree-seeking students can register on-line using OASIS. Need Financial Assistance?
