Learning Resource Center
Books, magazines, computers and more are available to you at our Learning Resource Center, located at 1680 Lexington Avenue in the center of campus.

Clatsop Community College students with a current registration card, as well as Clatsop County residents can borrow materials at the library.

The Student Open Computer Lab, on the second floor of the library is open the same hours as the LRC.

Our library facilities and services include:

- Reference service to help you find the information you need.

- Library collection of books, magazines, newspapers, videos (VHS & DVD), music and data CDs, and other media. Our holdings include several editions of the Journals of Lewis and Clark, and microfilm of The New York Times, from 1960 to present. Try it here:

- On-line resources, including electronic books, periodical indexes and full-text databases, available via the internet for current students & employees. Computer science and the Pacific Northwest are among the subjects included in our electronic books. Specialized periodical databases include Criminal Justice Periodicals Index and Lexis-Nexis Congressional. Click on the Databases button at:

- Interlibrary loans to obtain materials for you that we don't have in our collection. Try to request these early. We can often get things within a few days, but sometimes it can take a couple of weeks. Requests can be mailed to

- You can check your patron record, and renew books via the internet. Click on the Patron Information button at:

- The LRC provides quiet study space with large tables. You can view videos, listen to tapes & CDs, and use a room for a study group.
