Construction Update Construction Photos | Construction Cam Archives March 19, 2001 Construction started under sunny skies on Monday 3/19/01 The schedule currently calls for the following activities to take place next week (3/26-3/30): Footings formwork and rebar placement in preparation for concrete placement. Placement of underslab piping and conduits prior to placement of concrete. Excavation and placement of the various underground concrete tanks. Electrical service tie-in to the existing IMT power service for supply to the new building. April 16, 2001 All Building Footings are in place along with the Alternative Waste Storage & Bio-Solids Tanks. Under Footing Drain, Feed Lines and Electrical Sleeves installed. Upcoming Construction Activities: Masonry Perimeter & Interior Walls Installation of the Re-Use Water Storage Tank Installation of the Influent Pump Station Site Related Pressure Piping & Electrical Conduits April 30, 2001 Ongoing & Scheduled Construction Activities: Completion of the Masonry Walls (North), Remaining Interior/Exterior Walls Complete Damproofing of Exterior Walls below grade prior to backfilling Backfill and Compaction of Subgrade @ Wetlands and Tank & Utility Trenches Formwork in preparation of placement of Slab on Grade @ Wetlands and Tank & Utility Trenches Installation of the Influent Pump Station Site Related Pressure Piping & Electrical Conduits May 15th, Greenhouse Structure Delivery to Site May 29, 2001 Ongoing & Scheduled Construction Activities: Erection of the Aluminum Framed Greenhouse Installation of System Pumps and Controls in the Various External Tanks Installation of Housekeeping Pads in preparation for setting the Process Tanks Installation of Supports for all Process Piping and Electrical Systems Waterproofing within the Wetlands in preparation for installation of the Gabions and Filtration Media July 3, 2001
